What we collect
When you share an experience, HeartSpeaks stores your response, selected language, publication preference, consent record, and any optional first name or age range you provide. A private reflection saved on the page remains only in your browser and is not sent to HeartSpeaks.
How it is used
Responses are reviewed to understand the conversation and, only when you grant publication permission, may be edited for clarity or privacy and considered for publication. Submissions never appear publicly without editorial review.
Storage and access
The website and submission service run on Amazon Web Services. Editorial access is restricted to authenticated HeartSpeaks editors. We do not place story text in analytics events or routine application logs.
Removal and contact
You may request removal of a published story or ask a privacy question by emailing hello@heartspeaks.in. Please include enough context for us to locate the relevant submission without sending additional sensitive information.
